Policies & Cancellations
At Andrea’s Massage Temple, I value your time and mine. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment, and the full fee will still apply.
Sick Policy:
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or any contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of all.
Refunds:
All services are non-refundable.
